1906 - Triode Announced
Dr. Lee DeForest announces his three-element electrical vacuum tube, later known as a triode. The triode was able to produce a large patient voltage-amplifying effect, which when used to amplify weak signals, will make long-distance communication possible for the first time.

1975 - Atari filed for a patent on the sit-down "cockpit" arcade cabinet, literally putting you inside the game. The game Hi-Way with the slogan" Hi Way- All It Needs Is Wheels", was the first Atari game to use the cabinet. It was a first person-driver in which you had to dodge cars and- well- drive.

1997 – Microsoft in Contempt

Microsoft violated a July 1994 consent decree, show three years later, the US Justice Department decided to hold Microsoft in contempt. This was the ongoing issue with Internet Explorer bundled in Windows 95. The Justice Department wants Microsoft to pay $ 1 million a day until Microsoft stops bundling. Microsoft says they have the right to bundle software with the operating system. This was an ongoing battle for antitrust issues.

2004 - The first Ubuntu Linux distribution released
Ubuntu is a free computer operating system based on Debian GNU/Linux. Its name loosely translated from the Zulu means " humanity", or " a person is a person only through other people." Ubuntu is intended to provide an up to date, stable operating system for the average user, with a strong focus on usability and ease of installation. Ubuntu has been rated the most popular Linux distribution for the desktop, claiming approximately 80% of Desktop Linux installations, adding to the 2007 desktop Linux market survey. Ubuntu is open source and free. It is sponsored by Canonical Limited, which is owned by South African entrepreneur Mark Shuttleworth.

2016 - Nintendo released a video showing off the Nintendo Switch game console for the first time. It demonstrated the hybrid tablet nature of the console showed off the Joy-Con controllers.
